As most Soldiers know, the Army will soon make official changes to its PT program. PT is no longer called PT. It is called PRT, which stands for Physical Readiness Training. The goal of PRT is not so that you can pass a PT test, it is so that you can be combat ready. When I was at school, we practiced PRT. I found it very challenging because I did not know the different exercises.
To assist my battle buddies, I have recorded this video that shows the basic steps to the exercises. It does look very complicated; however, with most things, practice makes perfect. Good luck!
